Are you feeling stuck, confused about what to do next, overwhelmed or stressed by life and your circumstances? I can offer you a non-judgemental, supportive and confidential space to explore what is troubling you and find solutions that work for you and your life.
There may be something specific that you want to focus on, such as a particular relationship or work situation you find yourself in, or maybe you want to develop a better sense of yourself and your feelings in general. Either way, with my supportive and accepting approach I will strive to make our sessions a place where you will feel comfortable to talk about and process your thoughts and feelings.
Together we will build an understanding of the experiences and narratives that have shaped you leading to a deeper self-awareness that can guide your future choices and steps in life.
I strongly believe that the experience of therapy, and the learning and growth that comes from it, can empower people to feel they are able to make positive changes and move forward in their lives.
I have experience of working with depression, anxiety, stress, personal development, relationships, self-esteem, life stage changes, work related issues, bereavement and loss.
